Commissioning Management and Coordination

GPE manages commissioning by liaising on a daily basis with the OEM, client, NSP and AEMO to coordinate the commissioning activities.

The outputs conducted are:

  1. Developing daily commissioning schedules to suit the planned testing;
  2. Ensure market bids are in the system to allow dispatch of the unit;
  3. Ensure that testing is conducted to specification and to the commissioning schedule;
  4. Monitor hold point timeframes and deliverables from the OEM; and
  5. Liaise with NSP and AEMO on plant approval and moving through hold point testing.
